The Fall of Gondolin covers a lot of ground. We have the betrayal, the battle, and just after what seems to be an escape, one last tragedy to close out the chapter. (But don’t worry - just like a Marvel movie sign-off, Glorfindel will return in ‘The Fellowship of the Ring’.)
