They don't necessarily fit in with things I'm already working on, but they're not diametrically opposed, either.
That's similar to mine. Most of them *could* fit with my series, although don't obviously map onto anything I'm currently writing. I think it makes sense - it gives you the option of working on existing projects and allows inspiration for new things.
(I'm stupidly happy that you chose the Celegorm card, that was one of mine, I thought I might be the only one who wanted it XD in there)
