Summary Prompt

In this chapter we learn, among other things, how the members of the House of Finwe are related to one another, and are given basic descriptions of many of them. We also get to learn more about the different groups of Elves who made the journey.

Thematic Prompt

The Teleri are the last to arrive, lingering due to both a love of the sea and a curiosity of the light. Often there are two strong and seemingly conflicting situations, objects, or goals. Consider a character who must make a decision between two different and seemingly equal options, and how this can be reconciled for your prompt.
